Our menu has something for all pizza lovers
Delicious pizza starts with the best dough. Ours is made with Italian 00 flour, chosen for its authenticity. It is fermented for at least 24 hours β which not only improves the taste, but makes it more digestible, too. To ensure a genuine Neapolitan crust, we then hand-stretch each pizza. Our tomato sauce is also handmade by us, using carefully sourced tomatoes that have just the right balance of acidity and sweetness.
And finally, of course, our selection of toppings. We use only the finest ingredients for our pizzas β locally sourced wherever possible. Although some, like our Fior Di Latte mozzarella, can only come from Italy.
Our menu has something for all pizza lovers; whether you prefer to keep it simple with a Margherita, enjoy the spicy kick of Nduja, or the earthiness of mushrooms and truffle oil. Our minimum order for events is 60 pizzas.
